Everett Dunlap III has a diverse work history in various roles within the construction industry. Everett started as a Sales Intern at Breckenridge Material Company in 2016, where they worked on cold call sales. Everett then moved on to Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing as an Inventory Manager and Delivery Driver in 2016. Everett continued their career at Breckenridge Material Company, starting as a Technical Sales Representative in 2017 and later transitioning to a Business Development Manager role. Everett then worked at Garrott Bros Ready Mix as a Business and Operations Manager before joining CarbonCure Technologies, where they held roles as a Technical Services Engineer, Market Development Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for the Western United States. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Everett Dunlap III obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 2017. Everett also obtained certifications including ACI Concrete Flatwork Technician, ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I, OSHA 10, and Concrete Technologist Level 2 during their educational journey between 2015 and 2016.
