Eric Skae

Eric Skae serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Carbone Fine Food since November 2020 and has been the Founder and CEO of The Bricktown Group since 2012, where expertise in organizing and branding food, beverage, and nutraceutical companies has been demonstrated. Previous roles include COO/CCO at Popcornopolis, where successful management of the sale process was achieved, and CEO of Rao's Specialty Foods, Inc., overseeing a significant reorganization and sale within two years. Further experience includes founding New Leaf Brands and launching Iceland Spring Water, in addition to leadership roles at Fresh Solutions and Fresh Samantha, where substantial sales growth was accomplished. Eric Skae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
