Lindsay Staniforth

Lindsay Staniforth has a diverse work experience history. Lindsay started their career as an athlete, competing as part of the Canadian Sailing Team from 1991 to 2000. Following that, they founded their own design company, Lindsay Staniforth Design, specializing in fine furniture and later shifting to wood and silver jewelry. During their time with the design company, they also worked in operations and business development at Whitecap Alpine from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they joined Tagga as the Director of Operations, where they managed HR, finances, forecasting, and resources. Lindsay took a maternity leave from 2016 to 2018 before returning to Tagga until 2019. Currently, Lindsay is working at CarboNet, initially as the Operations Lead from 2019 to 2019 and then progressing to the Director of Business Operations until February 2021. Lindsay now holds the role of VP of Business Operations at CarboNet.
