Niloofar Alipoor, PhD has extensive work experience in research and development roles. Niloofar is currently serving as the Senior Development Lead at CarboNet since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Manager at The University of British Columbia from August 2021 to December 2021. Niloofar also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of British Columbia - chemical and biological engineering from January 2021 to December 2021.

Niloofar Alipoor has also worked at Lakehead University, where they served as a Research professional at the department of chemical engineering from May 2016 to October 2020. Niloofar'sresponsibilities included expertise in green nanomaterials synthesis & characterization, flocculation analysis, and proficiency in various characterization techniques.
