Dean Jezard

Dean Jezard has an extensive background in technology and software development, with significant roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Investor and Non-Executive Director at Carbonix since November 2018, Dean previously held the position of Technical Advisor at CrescoData from March 2017 to May 2023, focusing on technology systems to address scaling challenges. As a co-founder and CTO of Tigerspike from September 2003 to December 2016, Dean architected the Phoenix platform for business-critical mobile applications. Earlier experiences include freelance software engineering, web management at Global Gossip, and analyst/programmer roles at both Sainsbury's and Queensland Rail, contributing to system features, bug fixes, and Y2K compliance. Dean holds a degree in IT, Computer Science from The University of Queensland.
