Bella Artan currently serves as Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partner, and Talent Partner at Carbon, having transitioned from Pathway, the company's prior name, since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial Services Consultant at OVB Holding AG from July 2020 to December 2021, where Bella provided financial planning for over 50 clients and contributed to organizational development through candidate sourcing and training program development. Additionally, Bella worked in Client Services at Expedia Group, managing global database tasks and ensuring compliance across various countries. Bella is pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology "G.E. Palade" of Târgu Mureș.
