Lance E.

Lance E. has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Lance currently works as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Golden Malted® since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing the organization's sales and marketing strategy and developing new market opportunities. Lance also holds the position of Senior Vice President of International Sales at Golden Malted®, a role they have held since January 2022.

Prior to their current position, Lance worked at Place Services Inc. as the Director of Carpentry & Paint from November 2020 to January 2022. Here, they focused on growing businesses, connecting with customers, building relationships, and driving growth.

Lance has had multiple roles at Carbon's® Golden Malted®, starting from 1999. Notably, they held the position of Vice President of National Account Sales and Regional Sales Manager, where they assisted with the merger of 18 independent distribution companies and increased sales in the Eastern US market. Lance also served as a Sales Representative for Waffles of Georgia, contributing to Georgia's overall profitability.

Additionally, Lance has previous experience in various sales positions at Carbon's® Golden Malted®, including Retail Sales Account Manager, International Sales Account Manager, New Carbon's Distribution - Sales Manager, National Account Sales, and Route Sales Representative.

Before their career in sales, Lance served as a 91B Medical Specialist (Combat Medic) in the US Army from July 1993 to July 1997.

Lance E. has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Workforce Management and Leadership from the College of Coastal Georgia. Lance also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Chattahoochee Technical College. Lance's education also includes some coursework in General Studies at Georgia State University. In terms of certifications, Lance has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Greenville Technical College. Lance has also completed certifications in Organization Leadership and Small Business Administration/Management from Chattahoochee Technical College.
