Jan Valette is currently working as an Ingénieur en industrialisation at CarbonWorks since April 2023. Prior to this, Jan held the position of Responsable de sites at XtraFort, where Jan was responsible for managing a production site for wood products. With previous experience at ADM and Chamtor, Jan has a strong background in production management and process development in the food industry. Jan holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agroalimentaire from CNAM Champagne-Ardenne and has a passion for biochemistry and industrial processes.
