Prior to this, Manoj held the position of New Product Development Engineer at ELKAYEM AUTO ANCILLARIES PRIVATE LIMITED from January 2018 to September 2018. Manoj M also worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Inprocess Quality Assurance at Rasandik Engineering Industries India Ltd from June 2015 to December 2017.
