Mario CANTERO BRANDES

Mario CANTERO BRANDES has been working in the finance and payments industry since 1984. Mario began their career as CFO and Head of Sales at Conservas el Cisne, followed by a role as CEO and founder of B+S Card Service GmbH in 1989. In 1987, Mario joined Banco Santander as CEO of Card Services and Santander Direkt. Mario then moved to Citi in 1994 as Head of Commercial Banking Spain, followed by a role as Head of Alternative Channels, Indirect Finance and Payments at Argentaria (BBVA) in 1998. In 2000, Mario Co-Founded and became CEO of Mobipay International, S.A. Mario then joined Deep Payments as Founder and CEO in 2016, and most recently became CEO and Founder of Card-Dynamics in 2017.

Mario Cantero Brandes has completed an International Banking Training Programm at JP Morgan and a Licencia CCEE at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
