Matt Gambles

Matt Gambles is a skilled Talent Acquisition Resourcer currently employed at Card Factory since March 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held positions at Hays from June 2021 to March 2024, progressing from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter. Matt's experience in education includes serving as a Teacher and Independence and Life Skills Lead at Nexus Multi Academy Trust from February 2017 to June 2021, where leadership focused on enhancing outcomes for students with MLD and SLD.
