Mitchell Peterson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Cycling Gear Head at Backcountry.com. Mitchell then became the President of the University of Utah Cycling Team in 2011, where they managed team logistics, dealt with University Senate for funding, and successfully increased team funding by $5,000 per year. In 2014, Mitchell worked as an Associate of Innovation Tournament at the Utah Entrepreneur Series. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Client Finance at Offerspace. In 2020, Mitchell joined Ecommerce Tech as the Director of Finance. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Analytics at Card Insight, where they are responsible for analyzing millions of transactions to understand specific variables that impact approval rates.
Mitchell Peterson holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Utah. Mitchell continued their education at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they completed their Undergrad degree in Finance. Mitchell is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Stanford University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification in Quickbooks Online from QuickBooks Business Solutions in 2018.
