Christopher Maier has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Christopher began their career as a Summer Maintenance worker at Brighton Central Schools in 2010. Christopher then transitioned to a role as a Resident Assistant and Night Desk Attendant at SUNY Fredonia from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Christopher joined GameStop as a Senior Game Advisor, where they held responsibilities such as key-holding, training new hires, and providing excellent customer service.

From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Training Coordinator for Emergency Department Access Specialist at Strong Hospital. Christopher'sresponsibilities included coordinating new hire onboarding, organizing preceptor schedules, and creating/updating training manuals.
