Shefali Wagadre

Shefali Wagadre has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Shefali started their career in 2015 as a CSR Coordinator at Emami Ltd, where they worked for a year. In 2016, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Spectrum HR Solutions for a brief period before joining CandorWorks as an HR Recruiter. At CandorWorks, Shefali worked for three years and was responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, vendor management, succession planning, and policy making. In 2019, they joined Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they worked until 2023. Apart from their managerial role, they also briefly served as a Human Resources Specialist there. Currently, Shefali is working as a Human Resources Manager at CARD91 since July 2023.

Shefali Wagadre completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Govt. Sarojini Naidu Girls College in Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal from 2010 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Institute of Cooperative Management in Bhopal from 2012 to 2014.
