Bart Palmer, PhD. has had a long and varied career in technology. Bart began their career in 2000 as a Software Developer at BYU HRC, where they assisted in moving TICCIT to the web. In 2003, they became a Graduate Assistant at Utah State University - Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences, developing the Instructional Architect (ia.usu.edu). In 2009, they took on two roles as Computer Science Adjunct Faculty at Stevens-Henager College and Institutional Researcher at Treasure Valley Community College. In 2010, they became Manager of Research & Evaluation at BYU/MTC, integrating legacy data systems with Qualtrics survey data into business feedback dashboards. From 2015 to 2019, they served as DBA/Data Integration, Analytics, and Visualization Manager at Missionary Training Center, integrating, cleaning, managing, and sorting through all kinds of data. Finally, in 2022 they became CTO of Cardagraph, where they are responsible for product estimation and delivery.
Bart Palmer, PhD. has a comprehensive educational background. From 1996 to 2003, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. Bart then continued their education at Utah State University, receiving their Master of Science in Instructional Technology in 2005, followed by a PhD in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences in 2012. In 2016, they completed courses in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement at BYU HR Courses. Additionally, they have completed SAS Training in SAS Software, Data Management, ETL, and Data Quality.
