Elis Moormaa

Elis Moormaa has over 13 years of experience in events and conferencing. Elis began their career in 2007 as a Brand Promotion Assistant at Tere AS. In 2012, they joined Black Label Events as an Operations Assistant and Waitress. In 2013, Elis became a PAL Leader at Bournemouth University. In 2014, they became an Event Sales Coordinator at 8 Northumberland Avenue. Elis then returned to Black Label Events in 2015 as a Conferencing and Banqueting Assistant and Conferencing and Events Supervisor. In 2017, they joined Office Space in Town as a Meeting & Conferencing Co-ordinator and Conferencing Manager. From 2019 to 2022, Elis worked at Nucleus Global as a Conference Executive, Senior Conference Executive, and Conference Manager. Elis currently serves as an Events Marketing Manager at Cardano Foundation.

Elis Moormaa completed their BA in Events Management with a focus in Tourism from Bournemouth University between 2012 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Jõhvi Gümnaasium from 2000 to 2012. In 2020, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Adobe Connect Essential Training, Agile Foundations, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, and Cvent Event Management. Elis also obtained a certification from Cvent and holds an IELTS certification from The International English Language Testing System.
