Ryan Lapinski, CPA, MBA has a strong accounting and auditing background. Ryan started their career as an Audit Intern at Johnson Lambert LLP in 2010, where they gained hands-on experience in client engagements. In 2012, they became a full-time employee at the same company, initially working as an Audit Associate and later progressing to the role of Senior Audit Associate. During their time at Johnson Lambert LLP, Ryan was actively involved in all aspects of client audits, including planning, execution, and completion. Ryan also managed budgets for insurance company and employee benefits audits, conducted substantive and analytical testing of accounts, assessed internal controls, and analyzed investment portfolios and actuarial reports.

In 2014, Ryan joined the New Jersey Society of CPAs as a Member of the NJ CPA Magazine Editorial Advisory Board. In this role, they participated in board meetings to discuss upcoming themes and article topics for the magazine. Ryan also wrote at least one article per year.

Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2011. Their educational background further includes certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy in June 2013.
