Parul Jain

Parul Jain has a diverse work experience in various HR roles and leadership positions. From 2020 to present, they have been working at CarDekho Group as the Lead for Tech HRBP, L&D, Talent Management, and Talent Branding. Prior to this, they held the role of Lead for Tech HRBP & Employer Branding from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Product Specialist at Darwinbox. Parul also gained experience as an Industrial Relations Manager at UltraTech Cement in 2018 and as an HR Leadership Participant at Birla Cellulose, Novelis, and Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd in 2018 and 2017. Parul started their career as a Group Intern at Aditya Birla Group in 2016 and worked as an Associate Technology at SapientNitro from 2013 to 2015.

Parul Jain pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from The LNM Institute of Information Technology from 2009 to 2013. Later on, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, between 2015 and 2017.
