Karen Thomas is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in managing healthcare organizations. As President of Cardeum since November 2018, Karen has leveraged nearly two decades of experience in the home health sector to reduce hospital readmissions by implementing innovative strategies, including the launch of a remote patient monitoring company in 2011. Prior to Cardeum, Karen served as President of Advanced TeleHealth Solutions from January 2011 to November 2018, where a successful telehealth program was initiated, leading to significant cost savings for hospital visits. Additionally, Karen held the position of President at Oxford HealthCare & Hospice from March 2000 to November 2018. Karen holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University.
