Rita Casimiro has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Rita started their career as a Biomedical Engineer at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Rita then pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Engineering at the same institution from 2005 to 2007.
In 2008, Rita worked as a Product Manager at Multinfor Medical Equipment until 2009 when they joined Deutsches Herzzentrum München as a Cardio Vascular Perfusionist. Rita held this role for three years until 2012.

Rita's most recent role is at Cardiac Dimensions, where they began as a Clinical Specialist in September 2016 and later transitioned to the position of an Account Manager in May 2018, which they currently hold.
