Marybeth Sop is the Patient Engagement Manager at Cardiac RMS. Marybeth has over ten years of experience in social work, care management, and patient advocacy. Marybeth began their career as a Social Services Coordinator at Windsor House Inc. In 2010, they became a Hospice Social Worker at Kindred Hospice, where they provided emotional and social support to terminally ill patients and their families. Marybeth also served as an onboarding manager for the hospice's care management team. In 2017, they left Kindred Hospice to become an Inpatient Social Worker Care Management at Maury Regional Health. In this role, they were responsible for care coordination, care navigation, discharge planning, and psychosocial assessment of patients. Marybeth also collaborated with resource agencies and advocated on behalf of their patients. Marybeth Sop is passionate about helping others and provides compassionate care to their patients and their families.

Marybeth Sop received their BSW from Youngstown State University and their Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Oklahoma State University. Marybeth is certified as a Licensed Social Worker from the Health Professional Boards.

Marybeth Sop reports to Richard Glaim, Founder & Managing Partner.
