Sabrina Benderbous

Sabrina Benderbous is a Clinical Applications Engineer at Cardiawave, specializing in non-invasive ultrasound therapy for calcific aortic stenosis since October 2022. Prior to this role, Benderbous served as a Product Development Engineer at CAIRDAC, contributing to the development of an innovative leadless pacemaker technology from May 2021 to September 2022. Benderbous has experience in applied bioinformatics through an MSc project at Imperial College London, focusing on CRISPR/Cas9 off-target activity analysis. Additionally, Benderbous worked as a Healthcare Assistant and Laboratory Assistant at El Galaa Military Hospital, gaining experience in pediatric care and stem cell research from January 2015 to September 2019. Benderbous also completed a summer internship at the Air Force Specialized Hospital, shadowing medical professionals in neurology. Benderbous holds a Master of Science in Applied Genomics from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Kent.
