Adam Harrison has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Adam started their career as a professional cricketer for Glamorgan County Cricket Club from 2002 to 2008. Afterward, they worked as a community coach for the same club from 2011 to 2013, focusing on promoting cricket at the grassroots level.

In 2013, Adam joined Cricket Wales as a club development officer, where they played a crucial role in supporting and growing local cricket clubs until 2014. Afterward, they transitioned to teaching, becoming a sports lecturer at Coleg Gwent from 2013 to 2015.

From 2014 to 2019, Adam worked at TVS Education as a lead IQA, program manager, and lecturer. During this time, they contributed to quality assurance processes and program management within the education sector. In 2015, they also took on the role of standards verifier and examiner of BTEC Sport Level 1-3 at Pearson.

In 2017, they joined Cardiff Metropolitan University as an HPL lecturer until 2020, furthering their career in the field of education. Additionally, beginning in 2019, Adam served as a sports lecturer, lead IV for sport and public services, and head of cricket at Cardiff and Vale College.

Moreover, they established their own company, AJH Education Ltd, in 2019, where they served as the company owner and managing director until 2022. Adam'sresponsibilities in this role included overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the company.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a passion for sports and education, utilizing their expertise and experience to make a meaningful contribution in both fields.

Adam Harrison attended the University of South Wales from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills). Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, Adam studied at Cardiff Metropolitan University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports Coaching with First Class Honors. Before attending university, Adam completed their secondary education at St Albans RC High school from 2002 to 2004, where they completed a BTEC Diploma in Sport, specializing in Sports Coaching, Development, and Fitness, along with studying A-Level ICT. Adam began their educational journey at West Monmouth School from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained 10 GCSEs, including subjects such as Maths, English, Physical Education, and ICT.
