Darren Richards has extensive experience in the field of business education and leadership. Darren began their career as a Business Lecturer at Brooklands College in 1995, where they contributed to the development of students' knowledge and skills in business. In 1998, Darren took on the role of Business Director at Hays, where they demonstrated strong leadership and strategic abilities for 15 years. Darren then joined Seymour John in 2013 as an Associate Director, where they continued to excel in management and mentoring until June 2021. Currently, Darren is serving as a Business Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College, sharing their expertise and guiding students in their business education journey.
Darren Richards has a degree in Economics 2.1 from Aberystwyth University. Darren also obtained a PGCE degree with a focus on Business and Economics from the University of Worcester.
