Paul Jenkins has a diverse work experience in the fields of mechanical engineering and education. Paul is currently working as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at Cardiff and Vale College since August 2021. Prior to this, they had various roles at an unnamed training company, including Lecturer, SpLD Advisor, and Instructional Officer, starting in January 2007. From August 2001 to January 2007, Paul worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

Paul Jenkins has a comprehensive education history that spans over several years. In terms of ongoing certifications and qualifications, Paul received an Assessor Award (City & Guilds Level 3) from City & Guilds in 2022. Paul is also currently pursuing an L7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring degree from the Institute of Leadership & Management, which is expected to be completed in 2022.

These include IQA from City & Guilds in 2023, ILM L7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring from ILM in 2021, Enhanced DBS Status, and Approved Teaching Status from Middlesex University in 2014.
