Steven Tallis

Steven Tallis currently serves as a Lecturer at Cardiff and Vale College starting in January 2024. Previously, Steven held the position of Lead Instructor at MPCT - Motivational Preparation College for Training, where involvement has been ongoing since March 2009. In addition to this role, Steven also serves as Operations Manager at MPCT, focusing on developing and monitoring the performance of the regional operational team to ensure highly effective teaching and learning in areas such as vocational training, employability skills, and the development of mathematics, English, ICT, physical training, and spiritual, moral, and cultural activities. Furthermore, Steven has experience as Deputy Regional Operations Manager for Wales, reinforcing capabilities in operational management.
