Ben Adams

Ben Adams serves as the Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at Cardiff City Football Club since July 2015, overseeing the youth development programme for players aged 12-16 and ensuring alignment with the club's philosophy. Previously, Ben worked as a Health and Wellbeing Officer for Newport Live, leading initiatives to enhance physical activity among young people, and held various roles at Newport City Council focused on promoting health in schools and communities. Additional experience includes serving as an Academy Performance Analyst at Cardiff City FC and coaching at both regional and national levels for the Wales LD squad. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Coaching from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
