James Rowland

James Rowland is an experienced sports physiotherapist with a robust background in medical services within football. Currently serving as the Head of Medical Services and Senior First Team Physiotherapist at Cardiff City Football Club since March 2017, James also holds the position of Development Teams Physiotherapist for the Football Association of Wales since September 2021. Prior roles include Head Physiotherapist at Port Vale Football Club from July 2014 to March 2017 and at Burton Albion Football Club from June 2011 to May 2014. James Rowland earned a Master of Science in Sports Physiotherapy from Cardiff University between 2017 and October 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University from 2007 to 2010.
