Mark Evans

Mark Evans is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military service, sports physiotherapy, and education. Currently serving as Quartermaster (R) and OC of the 5th (Welsh) Tp at The Royal Yeomanry since March 2020, Mark has also been a football scout and part-time lecturer at Cardiff City Football Club since 2000. With extensive roles as Head of Medical and Physiotherapy for various teams at The Football Association and as Curator at both Firing Line Museum and QDG Heritage Trust, Mark combines expertise in management and physiotherapy, supported by multiple advanced degrees and professional qualifications in museum studies, strategic management, leadership, and physiotherapy. Mark's career includes significant military experience with the 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards and teaching roles in public services, demonstrating a commitment to education and community engagement.
