Patrick Deboys

Patrick Deboys has extensive experience in sports performance analysis and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at Cardiff City Football Club since January 2015. Prior roles at Cardiff City include Lead Recruitment Analyst and First Team Performance Analyst, alongside an internship in the same department. Prior to that, Patrick worked as an Academy Performance Analyst at Bristol Rovers Football Club, where responsibilities included coding games and producing player showreels, and at Ballymena United FC, focusing on live match coding and creating motivational content. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Performance Analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a 2:1 degree in Geography from Queen's University Belfast.
