Kellie Beirne

Kellie Beirne is an experienced professional with a strong background in public service and management. Currently serving as Director at Cardiff Capital Region since August 2018, Kellie previously held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Monmouthshire County Council from September 2010 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Housing and Human Environments from Cardiff University, obtained between 2001 and 2004, as well as a degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution, completed from 1994 to 1997.
