Zoe Sweet FCIPD is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources. Currently serving as the Divisional Director for HR Capability, Organizational Effectiveness, and Occupational Psychology at the Ministry of Justice UK since February 2020, Zoe also holds roles as an Advisory Board Member for Cardiff University's Community Gateway Partnership and a former Board Member of ODN Europe. Prior experience includes a decade at Welsh Government in leadership and organizational development and positions at Guardian News & Media, City & County of Swansea, and BT. Zoe's academic credentials feature a PhD research candidacy centered on leadership behavior and resilience, alongside an MBA focusing on consumer and people behavior change, and a BA (Hons) in Combined Studies.
