Kevin Martinich

Kevin Martinich is a seasoned professional in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing project management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior MEP Manager and Project Manager II at The Cardinal Group USA, LLC since February 2021, Kevin has successfully managed significant projects, including a $20.2 million expansion for Moderna and a $68.9 million development for the Resilience Allston Project Sailfish. Previously, Kevin held the position of Project Manager at TG Gallagher from September 2013 to February 2021, where notable projects included the $20 million Pfizer Plasmid DNA and a $14.5 million Acorda Therapeutics project. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Kevin has demonstrated proficiency in managing project costs, schedules, and subcontractor coordination throughout various stages of project execution.
