Glen Cardinal, MSEM, AIA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Glen started their career in 1990 as a Night Auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they conducted financial audits and performed analytical procedures. In 1995, Glen became an Owner/Partner at DS-MAX Properties Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for hiring staff, arranging financing for projects, and directing sales and production activities. In 2002, they founded The Cardinal Group, Inc. and served as the President. Glen joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in 2006 as a Broker Associate. In 2010, they established Sustain Arch Development Inc. as the CEO and Architect, and also became the Chairman at Engenio Inc., a company specializing in design and development. Currently, Glen is involved in real estate development in Baja California, Mexico, working as a Rancho Costa Verde at Rancho Costa Verde Development, LLC and as a Broker Associate at R-Mac Properties, Inc.
Glen Cardinal holds a Master's Degree in Energy Management, which they earned from the New York Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at the same institution from 1987 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Glen also obtained a California Real Estate Broker certification from the Bureau Of Real Estate in June 2006. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Environmental Technology from the New York Institute of Technology, which they acquired in June 1995.
