Joy Wingader is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail industries. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter at Foundations Health Solutions since May 2022, Joy previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hickory Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center from August 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Visual Manager at Pottery Barn from June 2018 to September 2019. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Miami University.
