Richard Cooper

Richard Cooper has extensive experience in the aviation and logistics industries, currently serving as the Owner of Cardinal Couriers since June 1978, and occupying key positions at multiple organizations including Director at PUDO Inc since May 2014, Vice Chairman of the Canadian Air & Space Museum since June 2010, and Chief Pilot at Viper North since March 2007. Additionally, Richard has been the Chief Designer at Global Sensor Systems since June 1977, and was a member of the Board of Directors at Partner Jet from June 2010 to 2021. Richard's leadership experience extends to the International Council of Air Shows, where Richard served as Director from December 2011 to December 2015, and as President of the Canadian International Air Show from September 2004 to December 2007. Richard holds a degree in Electronics from Humber College, attended from 1973 to 1976.
