Paula Damijan

Paula Damijan is an experienced operations leader with a background in retail and business management. Since February 2021, Paula has served as the Head of Operations at Cardinal Cryptography while also managing operations at Aleph Zero. Previous experience includes the role of Assistant Store Manager at Monki, where Paula facilitated the opening of the first Polish location and coordinated recruitment processes. Paula has held various managerial positions at COS, including Ladies Department Manager and Mens Department Manager, overseeing operations, financials, and staff management for multiple stores in Warsaw. Paula holds a Master's Degree in Institutional Consulting and Business Coaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophical Consulting and Coaching from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
