Ana Morales

Ana Morales is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and paid media management. Currently serving as Associate Media Director at Cardinal Digital Marketing since August 2025, Ana previously held roles as Paid Media Manager at Bananas Marketing Agency and Pesty Marketing, where significant client ad spend growth was achieved. At White Shark Media®, Ana progressed through multiple roles, culminating in the position of Technical Product Manager, where a data-driven reporting tool for the digital marketing market was developed. Ana's early career included a role as Account Executive at Connect International, LLC, focused on debt collection with a strong emphasis on customer service. Ana holds an Executive Masters in Marketing & Digital Transformation from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Americana.
