David Pinder

David Pinder has extensive leadership experience in both the military and corporate sectors. Pinder has served as President and Plant Manager at Cardinal IG since January 1998, and previously held the position of Area Manager at International Paper from June 1996 to December 1997. Amid a decade of service in the US Army from May 1986 to June 1996, Pinder distinguished himself as a Commissioned Officer and Gulf War Battery Commander. Pinder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Leader Development from Long Island University. Educational background includes completion of secondary education at West Morris Central High School in Chester, NJ.
