Jason Luker

Jason is primarily responsible for CGI's asset management and acquisition activities, including deal sourcing, execution, raising capital, and analyzing performance. Prior to starting Cardinal Group, Jason was the Director of Development Services for The London Group Realty Advisors in San Diego, where he performed market and financial analysis and helped secure entitlements for more than $3 billion of residential and commercial projects throughout California, Arizona and Colorado.

Jason is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego's School of Business Administration. Jason is a licensed real estate broker in California and Colorado, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
