Johanna Adolfs

Johanna started her career in student housing in 2010 as a part-time leasing team member in Lawrence, KS where she was attending college at the University of Kansas. After graduating, Johanna spent several years moving around the country at various lease-ups where she spent time in Tucson, College Station, and Fort Collins.

Johanna joined the Cardinal Group team in June 2017 as a Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager. Since 2017, she has held multiple roles and is currently the Director of Marketing and Strategy. In this role, she is responsible for leading the national property marketing team of Group Marketing Managers and Marketing Specialists continuing to make a client-centric team a top priority.
