John O’Brien

John serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Cardinal Group Companies. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporate business and directs oversight of functions including finance, accounting, risk management business administration.

During his 12 years with the organization, John has held several leadership positions. For Cardinal Group Investments, he served as VP of Asset Management, and for Cardinal Group Management, he served as VP of Accounting, Financial Controller, and most recently as VP, of Finance & Compliance.

John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University's Farmer School of Business in Oxford, OH. John joined Cardinal Group shortly after its inception as the company's first employee.
