Kaitlyn Ballesteros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and consulting within the property management and student housing sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Data Visualization Analyst at Cardinal Group Companies since July 2022, Kaitlyn has previously held key roles at Campus Advantage, including Director of Consulting, Senior Market Analyst, and Management Systems Trainer, where impressive achievements included overseeing over 300 consulting engagements and developing strategic market assessments. With a background as General Manager and Assistant General Manager, Kaitlyn has demonstrated exceptional leadership in property management, achieving significant occupancy and renewal rates, and has been recognized with the “2011 Property of the Year” award. Kaitlyn began the career as an Office Manager at The Scion Group and holds a B.A. in Magazine Journalism from the University of South Florida.
