Monica Samson

Monica Samson is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager for Cardinal Group Companies since February 2024, where responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing initiatives for a Private Label portfolio. Previously, Monica held the position of Integration Project Manager at Yugo from October 2022 to January 2024, overseeing the seamless integration of new spaces and systems within the portfolio. Monica's earlier roles at Cardinal Group Management from January 2018 to February 2023 included Area General Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Area Manager, and Area Leasing and Marketing Team Lead, focusing on property marketing to students and adults in the Eugene area. Monica began her career as a Marketing Assistant at Capstone Collegiate Communities from June 2016 to December 2017. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Oregon, completing the degree in 2019.
