Nick comes to the Director of Talent Acquisition role with over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Nick joined Cardinal with years of experience in the operations world, allowing him to have unusual insight into career progression and scaled growth alongside the expanding industry. With over 15 years of people leadership, Nick guides a team of talent advisors and administrators in being effective advocates for current, future, and past team members.

Nick’s passion for experiencing different cultures allows him to communicate authentically with many audiences. Visiting nearly every state and seventeen foreign countries has allowed him to understand and speak to both the differences and similarities that make up the worldwide culture that exists within Cardinal today.
