As Head of Development, Ryan oversees the Cardinal Group development platform targeting ground-up conventional multifamily and student housing opportunities in key markets across the country.

Ryan is responsible for leading the investment analysis, transaction management, and development management teams for all new development opportunities. Ryan m teams focused on financial underwriting, design management, project management, and entitlement while working with debt and equity partners in the capitalization of all Multi-Family and Student assets.
