Maria Johnson-Moise

Maria Johnson-Moise, MPA, CPHQ, serves as the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer at Cardinal Hayes Home For Children since January 2023. Prior to this role, Maria accumulated extensive experience at the NYS Office of Mental Health from July 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included Director of Quality Management and Deputy Director of Quality Management at Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center. Maria also worked as a Program Evaluation Specialist at both Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center and Rockland Psychiatric Center. The career began at Rockland Children's Psychiatric Center in November 1993 as a Children's Intensive Case Manager. Maria holds a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from St. John's University.
