Emily Berlin

Emily Berlin serves as Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Cardinal Health's Laboratory Products & Distribution, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the Laboratory business. With a career at Cardinal Health that began in July 2013, Emily has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Laboratory Marketing & Product Management, where responsibilities included managing the strategic financial plan and employee engagement. Prior to Cardinal Health, Emily held marketing and management positions at Leica Biosystems, Avery Dennison Medical Solutions, and Pall Life Sciences, contributing to global marketing strategies and product development. Emily also serves on the Board of Directors and as Vice Chair of the Laboratory Advisory Council at the Health Industry Distributors Association. Academic qualifications include a BS in Microbiology from Michigan State University and an MBA from Wayne State University.
