Kayln Bartley

Kayln Bartley has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Vice President and Director of HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health from August 2020 to October 2024, where responsibilities included partnering with the Pharmaceutical Distribution Supply Chain and Global Sourcing Organization. Prior to this, Kayln held the position of Director of Human Resources, overseeing a team of nine HR managers across the Ohio Valley and Southern region of the United States. Kayln earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between January 2006 and January 2010, participating in the Honors Cohort in 2008.
