Nathan Brake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global compensation and executive compensation strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Compensation at Cardinal Health since November 2004, Nathan leads all aspects of compensation and recognition for the organization. Previous roles at Cardinal Health include Vice President of Executive Compensation, where responsibilities included Executive Compensation Board materials, shareholder engagement, and incentive design, as well as Vice President of Executive Compensation & Financial Well-Being, overseeing various compensation programs. Prior to Cardinal Health, Nathan held positions at Parker Hannifin and Arthur Andersen, where roles included Senior Consultant and Staff Auditor, respectively. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Accounting, from The Ohio State University.
